1) What is a Fairy Ring?
Fairies often dance in the night and upon the morning, evidence of their nighttime revelry can be seen in the appearance of small rings of mushrooms or flowers in the grass or forest floor. If one comes across one of these rings, be carful not to step in the ring. It is believed time is vastly different with the magic of these mischievous creatures and one could be lost for years if allowed to be wooed by the temptation of the dance.
2) Can Fairy Ring Quilts make me a whole quilt?
No. The service I offer is the final step in the quilt making process. If you finish a quilt top, I would be more than happy to help you in the completion of your project. I can also help with completion on Inheritance quilts.
3) What is an Inheritance Quilt?
An Inheritance Quilt is an uncompleted quilt project that has been left by a loved one. Sometimes a quilter leaves this world before they can finish all the projects they wanted to. If you have a pile of blocks or a quilt that is almost done and don't know how to finish it, I can help. Depending on each project, needs will be different, but I can add borders, make repairs, and finish quilts that need finishing. (I have noted Inheritance Quilts on the Customer quilts page) It is a honor to work on these quilts, If there are symbols, and memories that can be stitched in, I will do it.
